Mortgage program descriptions
Listed below is a brief overview of the primary mortgage programs I can provide to you. This is not a complete list. If you have a financing need that I have not addressed please contact me. I will do my best to meet your needs.
NEW FHA 203KS-New FHA program
Unlike most loan programs this loan will allow buyers to include repairs and remodeling with their mortgage. In addition to the purchase price up to 35000.00 in repairs and remodeling can be included in the new mortgage.
FOREIGN NATIONAL LOANS
Allows financing for individuals who are citizens of a country other than the United States, who periodically visit or temporarily reside in the US and are buying a residence which they will occupy during their visits. They do not have “green cards” or other legal documents allowing them to work in the US.
USDA RURAL HOUSING LOANS
This program is very similar to VA financing. It offers 100% finacing with no monthly PMI. Borrowers can roll in their closing cost up to 100% of the appraised value. 30 or 15 year mortgages with fixed interest rate and no prepayment penalty.
